Returns and exchanges
Sometimes your choice may not turn out to be the right one - and that's absolutely normal. We understand that buying online is always a bit of a risk, and that's why at ERICLASKO.COM we strive to provide you with the most comfortable, understandable and transparent process of returning or exchanging a product. Below you will find detailed information about the terms, conditions, deadlines and step-by-step actions that will help you quickly and easily make a return or exchange.
Conditions of return
- You may cancel the Purchase Agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reasons.
- The withdrawal is formalized in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale, after which the Contract is considered to be canceled and the obligations of the parties are terminated.
- The returned goods must be in their original, marketable condition: without traces of use, with original packaging, protective elements and all tags, including the ERIC LASKO brand tag.
- Each return request must be accompanied by a filled-in return formavailable on our website.
How to return an item:
- Follow the link and fill out the return formFill out the return form with all the necessary information.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, making sure it is protected from damage during transportation. Be sure to include a printed or handwritten return form.
- Send the package to our warehouse address without cash on delivery. Cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If the return is correct and complies with all conditions, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Refunds are made within a few working days after receipt and verification of the goods.
Method of refund:
Money is refunded only to the same payment method you used when placing the order. Please note that shipping costs and possible return shipping costs are not reimbursed, except for returns due to factory defect or error on our part.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns on customized or personalized items (e.g. initials, monogram, custom engraving).
- There are no exchanges through the ERICLASKO.COM website. You can return the product and make a new order for the required size, color or model.
- Return is possible only if the delivery was made to one of the countries specified in the menu of the site at the time of ordering.
- If you wish, you can also return or exchange an item ordered online at our retail store by presenting the receipt and packaging.
Free return via Omniva ATMs (only for Baltic countries):
For customers from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, we offer a convenient and free of charge return option through Omniva's network of pacomats.
How it works:
Contact us by e-mail at [email protected]. In your e-mail please provide your order number or your first and last name, and describe your request for return or exchange of goods.
Your request will be processed within one business day. After that we will send you a unique Omniva code, with which you will be able to send the goods back free of charge through the nearest ATM.
Once the parcel is received and verified, the funds will be returned to your account within a few working days - fast, convenient and cost-free.
