Return & Exchange
At ERICLASKO.COM, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the item easily. All customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned goods must be in original condition, with all tags (including the ERIC LASKO label) attached and in the original packaging. Please ensure the item is unused and undamaged.
To begin the return process, simply fill out our official Return Form. After that, send the product to our warehouse address. Please note: we do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery (COD).
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, even if the item cannot be returned by standard post due to its nature or size.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If all return conditions are met, we’ll issue a refund using the same payment method used during purchase. Shipping charges and direct return costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items (e.g. monogrammed, engraved). Exchanges are not available through the website — simply return your product and place a new order online.
You can also return or exchange products in our physical store. Refunds are only possible from countries listed in the ERICLASKO.COM shipping menu.
