COVID-19 INFO: is it safe to shop on your website?

We work in accordance with recommendations of World Health Organization.

We carry out and monitor compliance with all relevant health and hygiene standards, as well as we follow the provisions of the legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia to ensure our customers' and employees' safety.


How do I return my order?

Return your order in one of the ways convenient for you:

Return to the office personally, during opening hours;

What is the delivery time for my order?

The average delivery time for orders by standard post office is from 1 to 3 weeks. But taking into account the world situation regarding COVID-19, delivery can take up to 6-8 weeks.

We accept online orders for delivery to the countries listed in the shipping address selection menu on the www.ericlasko.com website.

If your country is not listed in the selection menu, please contact customer service to find out if other shipping options are available to your country.

Delivery time depends on the postal service you have chosen:

  • Standard postal shipping:

in Europe it takes 5-15 days;

worldwide shipping takes 14-25 days.

  • Express post:

in Europe it takes 3-5 days;

worldwide shipping takes 5-10 days.


If the product is out of stock, we can produce it for you by mutual consent. It can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture the product plus delivery time.


What time is your customer service available?

The customer support service of our website works according to the schedule which can be found in the section "Contacts", as well as you can fill out the contact form in the section "Contacts" and we will gladly answer you within 24 hours during working days.


How do I complete my purchase?

To complete a purchase, you need to select on the website and add the desired item to the cart. After the item you are interested has been added to the cart, a window, confirming the replenishment of the cart, is displaying. Then you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping in the store. After placing an order, by clicking on the "Cart" icon, you will see the entire list of items and the total cost of the order. In the "Cart" you can change the list of items, choose a payment' and delivery' method. Then proceed to pay.


May I know if the item is in stock?

The item we have in stock in the warehouse is marked with ", if there is not, then, accordingly", but by mutual consent and our ability we can always manufacture customized item you are interested ".


How can I activate my promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can use it by copying it into a special field during purchasing - when you are using a "Cart", clicking on the "Apply" button, then the discount is immediately applied to the total value of your order.


Can I insert my VAT registration number?

  • Unfortunately, you cannot provide your VAT number. Only an individual can place orders on the website.
  • You can contact us by e-mail [email protected]  and place an order as a legal entity .


Tax Free:

  •  We offer TAX FREE shopping to non-EU citizens.
  • Outside the EU, will be invoiced without VAT.
  • The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the customs declaration and for paying any duties and taxes in his country.


Is my order completed correctly?

If the order was placed and you did everything correctly, you will receive an e-mail with invoice that you should pay. After receiving the payment, we will send you an order.


Can I change my personal information?

Yes, you can do it in your account.


Can I change or cancel my order?

An order can be only changed and canceled while it is in a cart. Once paid, the order cannot be changed or canceled.


Is it possible to exchange goods?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange goods, but you can return the received product and place a new order on our website.


Do I have refusal rights?

Online Store Eric Lasko would like to guarantee the highest level of customer' service and customers' satisfaction level. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product and you are not satisfied with an order, you can return

the purchased product in its original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The right to return the goods can only be exercised by the buyer and under no circumstances by another person for example: gift' recipient.

If in our Online Store you are bought a product that does not meet the requested quality, you can also return it in its original condition within 14 days from the date of delivery by sending a return request filling out a special form in a section "Contacts",

indicating the name of the product and the number of order.


I have lost / broken the lock buckle ... on the product, what should I do?

Is it possible to apply a personal monogram to the selected product and will it not spoil the material when personalizing the monogram?
