GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The seller of the goods is the manufacturing company SIA ALIAS-Z (hereinafter to as the “seller”) established in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Latvia,
registration number 40103090199, legal address: Kurzemes street 74-60, Riga, Latvia, LV-1067, actual address: Šarlotes street 18A/7, Riga, Latvia, LV-1001.
These Terms govern the sale of the goods selling by the Seller only through the EL online store.
The products offered on our website are exceptionally high-quality handmade leather goods for women and men: bags, briefcases, document cases, wallets, belts and other products.
On the www.ericlasko.com website we do not sell goods to the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, private entrepreneurs and self-employed persons, which are operating during their economic activities, but we are always would be glad to
a new cooperation and, if you have an interest in our products, please contact us via section "Contacts" and we will discuss the terms of cooperation.
PLACING AN ORDER, BUYING
All information about the availability of products for sale and about the possibilities of ordering and buying is placed on the EL website.
The prices shown on the website are VAT inclusive. The prices shown do not include shipping costs, which are specified separately and can be found in the section Shipping. The final cost of your order, including shipping, will be visible to you
in the order summary before the final checkout is done.
A buyer, who wish to buy a product, should pass to a certain page on the website www.ericlasko.com , where a full description of the product of interest is available, then select the desired product and write other available information,
then click the "ADD TO CART" button. To add the next product in the cart, click the "CONTINUE PURCHASE" button.
Some Products may be displayed on the Site for advertising purposes only. Such Products are not for sale and cannot be purchased.
Although the Seller takes measures to ensure the maximum accuracy of color reproduction in the photographs of the Products, color discrepancies may arise due to the technical characteristics and color resolution of your monitors,
which Customers use to access the Website. Consequently, the images and colors of the Products offered for sale, in some cases, may not coincide with the real ones. Therefore, the images and colors are to be regarded as indicative and for guidance only.
Thus, the Seller is not responsible for any Product that does not match the images and colors presented on the Site for the above reasons.
After the all desired products have been added to the cart, the buyer can move to the shopping cart by clicking on its icon in the upper right corner of the screen and check the contents of the cart, if necessary, correct the contents,
remove or add products if necessary. The Order may be changed or amended before the final confirmation. Once confirmed, the order cannot be changed - only canceled.
The final price of the product, including value added tax, will displayed in the cart.
When arranging deliveries to addresses that are outside the VAT zone of the European Union or/and outside the customs territory of the European Union, the client is responsible for completing the customs clearance procedure,
incl. all applicable taxes and duties, and is responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, etc., if applicable.
The price does not include shipping costs.
After filling in all necessary information during the order, choosing a payment option and delivery, the buyer will receive an email with order confirmation and shipping costs.
Next, the buyer must proceed to pay for the order by clicking the "PAY" button.
Any refunds for returning merchandise to a buyer do not include any import taxes and duties paid by the buyer.
We only accept online orders for which payment can be made through the EL website.
Products purchased through the EL Website can be only paid by credit card. Acceptable credit cards are listed in the “Payment Methods” section of the Website.
We only accept online orders for those countries that are available and listed in the country selection menu on the EL website and have billing mailing addresses.
The seller will accept the order only after the payment has been fully completed.
Confirmation that each Order was completed successfully occurs only after confirmation of the credit card details and authorization of the payment by the Buyer's credit card issuer. The corresponding amount will be charged to the Buyer's credit card.
And he receives an e-mail with confirmation that the Order has been processed.
If your country or territory is not listed, please contact customer service to see if other shipping options to your country are available.
All messages to the Client will be sent by the seller to the e-mail address specified by the Client in the registration form, or at the final stage of the purchase if the Client accesses the Website as a guest. Any changes to such address must be immediately
reported to the Seller in writing.
The Seller undertakes to process each confirmed Order within 2-4 working days, starting from the next day after placing the order. During sales and when the company is closed, the above delivery times may change.
Once the Order has been dispatched, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail.
Customers must check the Order immediately after delivery and confirm it's compliance according to the invoice, as well as report any obvious defects.
Delivery is carried out to all countries of the European Economic Area (except Iceland, Liechtenstein).
And countries like Argentina, USA are catering by DPD or EMS/EPG courier services, and it usually takes 3-10 working days and usually includes courier delivery.
Delivery to the rest of the countries indicated in the selection menu is carried out by the priority postal parcel service, and may also include courier delivery, and delivery usually takes 5-21 working days.
By prior arrangement, if the product is not in stock, we will make it individually for you. We will need 1-3 weeks to manufacture it, plus we need to add delivery time.
You will always be informed of the expected production and delivery time and provided with the tracking number of the postage.
The average delivery time for ALL orders is up to 3 weeks. Due to the world situation regarding COVID-19, it may take longer time.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address, if the parcel was not received on time and sent back to the seller, the contract is considered terminated, the seller will refund the buyer the full purchase price of the goods minus
the shipping fees charged to the client and any direct costs associated with return shipping, incl. customs clearance costs as per the buyer's original payment method within 10 days of receiving the shipment back.
COST OF DELIVERY
Shipping costs are displayed along with all other purchase-related costs after completion of each Order and until the final confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified in the Order, all shipping charges are determined at a flat rate and charged as follows:
The Customer understands that the offer of the Products offered on the Site is limited.
In the event that the product ordered by the Client is not available, the Seller will inform the Buyer by e-mail that the Order cannot be processed and that the Seller cancels the Order.
In the event that not all items in the order are available, the customer service's unit will send to the Buyer an e-mail about the unavailability of some product. The order must be processed for in-stock Products and the Buyer will only be charged for the available product.
RIGHTS OF REFUSAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without any reason regarding all sold goods (Personalized items cannot be returned ). The right to withdraw will expire after 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail [email protected] or fill out the feedback form on the website, or сontaсt customer support.
If such a right to refuse a purchase made through the Website is exercised, the Buyer must return the purchase to the Seller within the above period, and attach a duly completed return form.
In any case of exercise of the right of refusal, Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with a tag attached (). If the Client does not do this, the refund is not considered to have been carried out legally.
If the right of withdrawal is not exercised as stated above, the Seller does not accept the refund and sends it back to the Buyer without any additional shipping costs.
If the right of withdrawal is legally exercised, the Seller will refund the buyer the full purchase price of the goods minus the shipping fees charged to the customer and any direct costs associated with return shipping,
incl. customs clearance costs according to the original method of payment of the Buyer - as soon as possible and in any case within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Order back.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
