Warranty and Repair

    The warranty applies only to purchases made directly on our website  or at our office. 

In case you have purchased products from our dealers or our other partners, please contact them directly using check confirming the purchase of our product,

and they will help you.

    The buyer has the right to claim within 2 years from the date of delivery. We are responsible to the Buyer for any non-conformity of the goods that

is available at the time of delivery of the order on our website. In this case, the Buyer has the right for free repair or replacement of the goods, or a discount on the goods.

In the event of a discrepancy in the quality of the goods, the buyer has the right to a guarantee within 2 months  from the date of delivery.

    The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging with the tag attached.

Return a defective product in one of the most convenient ways for you:

  •   Personally return to the office during working hours (address Šarlotes street 18a);
  •   Delivering by a courier: fill out the application in the section "Contacts" by clicking on the link;
  •   Return by post: fill out the application in the section "Contacts";

Conditions and exclusions

    The warranty does not cover mechanical damage as well as damage arisen from improper use of the product.

    The warranty no longer applies to the product if there was a service or repair not in our warranty service.
